- What payment methods do you accept?
- You can either pay by:

- 2. Credit & Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard only) Our payment gateway captures payments in Brunei Dollars (BND). You are unable to check out in a currency other than Brunei Dollars.
- Is it safe to use my credit card to make my online purchases?
- Our secure payment gateway is provided by Baiduri Bank. Baiduri Bank holds a Level 1 PCI DSS Certification level, the highest level in a global standard for processing online transactions. When making payment, you will be redirected to Baiduri’s Hosted Checkout Page for entering card details. As a result, your card details are securely encrypted. The checkout process is equal, in terms of experience and security, to our usual checkout process of buying Airline Tickets or paying for our Phone Bills online!
- When will my order arrive?
- After an order has been placed, please wait for a text message from us that will inform You on the status of your order.
- 1) If it is a pickup order, we will send a text that notifies you that it is ready to be picked up at one of our Best Eastern Branches.
- 2) If it is a delivery order, we will send a text that notifies you that your order is on its way, and of course with the Tracking Number included!

- Temburong: We currently do not offer delivery to Temburong
- Can I cancel my order?
- Yes, you can but you will need to call us on our hotline at +673-7183359 as soon as possible so that we won't process your order. Kindly note that all refunds for cancellation will be in store credit. If it's too late to cancel your order, we will need to ask you to return the items and you will be reimbursed in the form of store credit.

- Why was my order canceled?
- In most cases, orders are automatically cancelled if we do not receive payments from You. However, if the amount has been deducted from your bank account, kindly email us at [email protected] and we'll fix the issue right away!
- How do I add an item to my order after checking out?
- You will need to make a separate order altogether. Please note that delivery charges are BND 5 when placing a new order that is under BND 49. Feel free to opt for our pickup option to save cost on delivery!
- Do I need to register to shop?
- Registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you, as we would already have with us your billing and shipping details. It also allows you to keep track of your current and past order, and payment status. Having a Best Eastern account helps improve the whole shopping experience. Nonetheless, we also offer Guest Checkout as well!
